Today I want to share with you where we are on God's time table according to the word of God. There are so many events that are happening in our world today that match up unquestionably with the word of God and its prediction of the happenings that would begin to take place in and around the time of the rapture and the seven year tribulation.
I'm not going to tell you to store up food and water for your survival. If God can't keep you, then you can't be kept. Let not your heart be troubled, God is not a respecter of persons. Jesus loves you as much as he does anyone else. The word of God tells us that in the closing hours of this age there will be wars and rumors of wars and earthquakes in various places.(Matt 24:6-8). One of these wars that is most signifigent is the one described in Ezekiel in the 38th & 39th chapter. The Muslim nations hatred of Israel goes back many many years to the time when Isaac gave the birthright to Jacob instead of Esau. (God changed Jacob's name to Israel) Esau had despised his birthright by selling it to Jacob for a bowl of lentils. However, God had already told Rebecca, their mother, that the elder would serve the younger. They came against Israel in 1967 and Israel defeated them. However, they will try again shortly. This time they will be led by Russia. The Muslim countries all look to Russia for counsel. Russia has no love for Israel. The Israelites believe in Jehovah God, but do not believe that Jesus Christ is the Son Of God. Their eyes are blinded to this truth at this time.(Romans 11:25). This vail upon their eyes will be lifted at an appointed time by God. The United States has been a suppoter and friend of Israel since its rebirth as a nation in 1948. If you trace out the names in the 38th & 39th chapter of Ezekiel, you will find that Russia along with several other nations will come against Israel. (Persia, Ethiopia,Libya,Germany,& Turkey) These all hate Israel. they will be defeated and the Russian army will be buried just outside Jerusalem, the Israelites will bury the enemy
dead for seven months. They will have certain people appointed to bury the dead. Anyone passing by and finding a body part will have to call on those that have been appointed to take care of the burying. ( Sounds like some kind of radiation to me).
Israel will suffer much hurt in this war however, God Himself will rise up and fight against the enemies of Israel. (Zechariah 14:3) In Zec to do to all the people that fight against Israel. Their flesh will consume away while they stand on their feet.***(In the year of 1968 on a day when we had no worship service scheduled, I went into the church to pray. I had several things I needed to pray about. I never got to pray concerning those things because the Holy Spirit began to tell me of things to come. He said that shortly there would be much bloodshed and weeping in the streets and that Russia along with some other nations would make war with Israel. He said the United States would not go into battle to help Israel at first, but later would go in to help. We are now witnessing the beginning of this episode. In Luke 21:25 it speaks about the nations of the earth being distressed with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring. In the scriptures the sea and the waves represent the people and the roaring is their protests. The nations are certainly distressed and perplexed because none of their leaders have the answer to their problems. There is great unrest in the peoples of this earth. However, all these happenings are a part of God's plan for the closing hours of this age. When all scripture has been fulfilled, He has promised a new heaven and a new earth. I believe it is important for me to say at this time that as far as all the happenings that are taking place in the world today, they were predestined from the beginning by God. However, we as individuals are not predestined. Our God is a loving God and its not His will that any should perish so He has made salvation avaliable for all who will believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and let Him become Lord of their life. He shed His lifes' blood on calvary's cross for the remission of our sins. On the third day He arose from the grave, leaving an empty tomb behind and now sits at the right hand of God the father. The Devil knows
that his time to work on this earth is short, so he is pulling out all the stops and unleashing his fury at this time. (Rev.12:12). The scripture of the Holy bible has much to say reguarding the closing hours of this age. You certainly need to know the things you are facing at this time. For the unsaved and also the worldly minded professing christians they need to know we are approaching the beginning of the worst time that has ever been on this earth.(Matt. 24:21-22). For the dedicated Christian, those that are looking for the Rapture to take place, it is a glorious time, for we will soon be spending eternity with the Lord Jesus Christ. It is my desire to convince as many as possible to turn their life over to Jesus Christ for safe keeping.
If you are just concerned with this present life, such as having a good economy,know this, the economy will be good but not like the economy you have been used to. If you are one of those that is purchasing gold for your assurance of prosperity. The Gold you own will be taken from you. Also your silver will be worthless, for you will cast it in the streets. (Ezek. 7:19)
In my study and prayer to God concerning the times of fulfilment of the happenings described in the scriptures; I believe the next happening will be the great Heaven sent revival that the prophet Joel prophesied (Joel 2:21-32).That God would pour out His Spirit on all flesh. It is evident this will not last long because He says in Romans ch. 9:28 that He will make a quick short work on the earth. In In the year of 1949, one year after Israel became a nation again, we had a mighty outpouring of the Holy Spirit and many people from denominational churches received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. There were many miracles of healing and deliverance that happened.
This I believe was the former rain that fell then. Now the Prophet Joel is saying that the former rain and the latter rain will be poured out at the same time. It will be one of the last efforts by our Lord to save the lost souls. God truly is Love!
